We've had an update from Dune this morning on likely Pro 4K Plus II stock arrival date.
It's not great news, they hope to have stock in Europe in week beginning 14-DEC.
It will take a couple of days for us to get stock from the distributor in Europe so my most optimistic estimate for despatch to customers would be ~18-DEC and my most pessimistic would be after New Year.
On this basis we have changed the despatch date on our site to 30-DEC. We do not recommend ordering this product in the expectation that you'll receive it before Christmas. It's possible but I think unlikely.
We apologise for those who've placed a pre-order. We are at the mercy of Dune and their production/delivery schedule. All existing pre-order customers will be emailed today and offered the chance of a full refund if they don't want to wait.

We expect the first batch of Dune Pro 4K Plus II stock to arrive on/before 22-DEC. This date is now fairly reliable.
This first batch will be small with more to follow in approx 2 weeks. At time of writing we have already sold 65% of the batch. It will be obvious from the despatch date which batch you are ordering from.
All non-UK first batch orders will be sent by air courier to avoid any disruption caused by Brexit. We will send them next week even though we may be shut for other orders at that time.

Thanks a million, that you've used such a fast delivery method. I was really afraid, that it will lead into problems with all of the Corona madness now.
I wish you now a merry christmas and hopefully it will be still possible to place an order on Futeko after the Brexit.

We sent all the Dune Pro 4K Plus II pre-orders by the fastest possible air courier yesterday/today. All EU customers should receive the item before end Thursday.
We will be back after Brexit, don't worry! The closure now is just to allow the situation to stabilise.
As much as is possible in these difficult times, have a Merry Christmas all!
