Title: Can not log in to Home Meny of the MediaCenter

Please Help!

we have bought a Zidoo UHd2000, but can not log in to the home menu and can not use the remote control.
The screen show the Ziddo logo and that is all, what can we do to fix this? Thank you.

I have just replied to your email asking the same thing.

As a catch-all solution you could try flashing the box with the emergency firmware. This will wipe the box and restore it to factory.

Hi, We have tried to do so, but the screen hust shoe Zidoo logo.??

Make sure you follow the instructions. The USB stick should be FAT32, the downloaded file should be renamed to install.img and use the USB port on the back.

If that doesn't work then contact the retailer you bought it from. If that's us then mail@futeko.com
