I tried to reset the device, after it started sending a black screen to me LG C9.
I tried to follow the instruction, but it never went beyond showing the logo.

Please provide as much details as possible how you try doing this and what is seen on screen and the front display.
The last remedy is using the inside UART connector using special HW (serial port convertor) and PC software to restore FW to an otherwise bricked player. This is not for everybody to do and I wonder if Futeko will offer a service repair doing it for a reasonable fee + postage for sending it return? This regardless where the player was bought. No better way to get a new loyal customer I think.

If the box was bought from us then email us on mail@futeko.com
If it wasn't bought from us then in first instance contact the seller, then contact Zidoo.
If all else fails contact us. We can flash the new Zidoo boxes by UART but no guarantees it will fix every problem.

The perfect answer inline with the excellent Futeko reputation. ;)
I can only agree that there is never a guarantee that a bricked player can be fixed.
