Title: need help firmware update

hi all

i was on firmware 2.0.9 on my himedia q10pro ... after a long time i decided to upgrade my firmware .so initially i upgraded to v2.1.4 ( semi official )= couldnt find playstore
changed to Custom FW 2.1.5= BUT these APPS wont WORK( amazon prime , netflix)
amazon prime says = something went wrong try again later.. AMAZONTV APP
netflix === default app just freezes..netflix tv app says = this app not compatible

switched to Android TV custom firmware but unable to signin to playstore. I WAS TRYING THIS FOR 3 HRS STILL NO PROGRESS ..I AM REALLY FED UP OF THIS.. ANYBODY CAN HELP ME PLS. I AM SO READY TO EVEN PUT IT UP FOR SALE

It seems those apps only work on more recent hardware (PCB version).
Try to install version 2.0.4 and test the playstore again.

Use this. It should work... Even I has the same problem when updating to 2.1.7 (Clean Install)
