Title: HIMEDIA Q10 Pro VPN

Hi,
Q10 pro in the system cannot add any VPN, i need contact my own VPN with L2TP, someone can help me,
can be solved this problem?
Have also other little problem, from the older fw version till now, with last one, my Q10 have random a big sound,
just 2 second but cover the voice of what i am watching....someone have my same problem?

It seems the latest firmware as a VPN settings bug, follow the issue on the 2.1.7 firmware topic.

The big sound is a notification from Gmail or other apps you might have installed. Search for notifications in advance settings and disable sounds.

Thank you for notify suggestion, will try to solve, need disable sound one by one.
The VPN problem is from long time not last firmware, i also contact factory, they told me that the VPN setting was cutted for save space. :(

Hi! Try contacting customer support. But in my experience, the latest VPN updates are terrible, and I'm looking for an alternative.
