Title: q10 Pro, I can't see certains videos

Hi
I have the last update for Q10Pro, I can see videos,Blu_Ray files on local and on streaming too but I found one kind of video I can´t see it:
Quality: WEB-DL ATVP m720p
Codecs: AVC h264| Main@L3.2 | 5 marcs / AC3 | 384kbps | 6Ch
File Container: .mkv
I can ear the sound but only see black window
Any help?

Hi, can you give a download link for the file so I can test it on my Q10pro?
