Hello guys, may I know the reason for sudden blackouts when playing youtube and Netflix videos.? My firmware for my Asia edition was (dated August 2019 )updated late last year..Any suggestions about the reasons for this problem?

some music or movies related app is causing the problem... uninstall other app and reboot... it should be fixed...
I have the same problem, I removed all recently installed application... the issue was resolved.

I appreciate your reply..AFAIK I have not installed any applications since late last year.This blackout problem occurs just recently.
I followed suggestions also for android devices , such log out and log in, updating the browser, cleaning the cache of the apps but did not improve the situation..

Try installing YouTube for Android TV 2.10.13 (armeabi-v7a version)

I've no idea about Netflix as I don't use it.
