How do I transfer files from WD 1TB HD external to WD 3TB internal HD?

Connect the external drive to the box with a USB cable and using an app like File Explorer copy the files

I forgot to say it is the Himedia Q10.  I don't have a keyboard but did it 1.5 yrs ago & forgot how to copy & paste w/o one.

You should have pre-installed the file manager app that allows you to use the remote to copy the files.
