Title: How to go back previous version of firmware on X20 Pro

Dear All,

Do you have idea how to fallback previous firmware on X20 Pro? I tried to upgrade the latest FW (2.3.10) but it screwed up the USB output. I used USB Audio Pro and it makes either can't found the external DAC or no sound output. Just wonder how to fallback from previous version....

Think you need start from Zidoo support site

How to flash X20 Pro

then will be on Android 6.0.1 firmware v1.2.28

Update to version Android 7.1.1
http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?threads/new-firmware-v2-1-30-version-for-zidoo-x20-pro-released.44832/
then install newest version of firmware if need it.

Do on your own risk as Zidoo not recommended to downgrade firmware on players.

By the way, if I flash the player to original FW, does it will remove/delete all apps from machine including Google play? As I bough from china and it come without Google play by default...

Zidoo X20 Pro, X20, Z1000 not have Google play by default included in firmware need reinstall
