Title: Help "Boot , Hello Cycle"

Hi All, I need help. My Z9S is stuck in the "Hello, Boot" cycle. I have followed the re-flash instructions (To The Letter), and nothing happens. I don`t even get a picture on screen. The led just displays BOOT_ _. I`m no stranger to flashing stuff, as I used to repair computers and stuff for a living. But this has me stumped. I may need to send it back to be re-flashed by you guys at Futeko, which is where I bought it from. It is still under warranty till 3/11/2020. Sorry my first post is a complaint. Cheers
