Hi,
Recently purchased HiMedia Q10 Pro and am having trouble accessing Google Play store - If I directly click on Google Play, I get a Sign In screen. I click hte "sign In" button but nothing happens ie. can't get to the screen where I input username/password!! Also, tried Google Chrome (using G10 Pro) and searched for the App I want to download/install - this time I am able to Sign In to Google Play BUT can't install the app ("you don't have any devices"). Also, Google message - "Please access the Play Store app on your device before installing apps".
Q10 is running Android 7.0 and firmware is HMD-2.0.7 2018-01-12.113104
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you stl - The upgrade did the trick.
