Hi

Is there any chance for VP9 encoding compatibility for Z10 with future FW ?
There are really little difference between VP9 and .h265 (e.g. square vs rectangle).

Here in specs:

I can see:

But when I try to play VP9 i see video playback problem.

VP9 should play normally. Please point me to a sample that exhibits the problem.

I heard about big explosion in Chernobylec again. Did you had an opportunity to escape from Russia and King Putiniec?
Are you safe now?
If you find a moment (I do not want to interrupt in to your escape), please do a news about VP9 progress.
I would like to watch some YT rips in this format.

You seem a bit confused. futeko is a UK company registered in the UK. I'm in the UK, all stock is in the UK. Nothing against Russia, but nothing to do with it either.

I passed your information about VP9 Profile 2 HDR to Zidoo. I would also recommend that you post it on their forum. There is nothing more I can do directly because we are just a reseller.

This was discussed on the Zidoo forum. Seems to be a hardware limitation

VP9 Profile2 is fortunately fairly exotic and not a common format used for the wide public.
Hence the relevance for most is very minimal.
