Did you reinstall with the reset button method?
-
Yes with usb

I really recommend updating to latest firmware. 1.1.0 is 2.5 years old, all updates since have been to Android 7 firmware.
-
You already told me that : https://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=812.msg28125#msg28125
I told you the reason but you don't have solution, the only one is to go back to 1.1.0

So ? There is nothing to do ?
I'm sure there is a file to edit to make browser not selecting text instead of scrolling

I have FW 2.1.4 and sometimes the same problem, it wont turn off.
I have noticed this happens when i end a movieview and i press return often fast to get to entry level to power off.
When i go out of the movie with return and wait 8 sec to next touch to return i get a good close.
Iam not a programer, but i think the prob is when you get too fast out, the sistem get hang closing apps, closing netconnection and the the poweroff commando dont work. Its my experience. THX

Now I have 2.1.4 and same fuck*** issue >:(

Pulling the power cord has an amazing impact on it being on or off. ;-)
Full reboot from 'cold' solves many an issue.

Hi,
The issue with the Q10pro sometimes not switching off correctly seems to be related to the HDMI CEC feature, if its enabled in your TV or AV receiver. Switch off the Q10Pro first, waiting for it to switch off completely before switching off your TV and AV receiver then there is no issue. It appears that the Q10Pro has issues with HDMI CEC, especially if the TV or AV receiver is switched off first.
Regards
David

Maybe that happens in some cases, definitely not in my case. My Q10 doesn't turn off for some weeks now, I have to unplug the power supply from the wall socket. I'm waiting for a firmware release that fixes the problem.
