Title: Permanent Netflix solution

Hello guys..Last time I had difficulty installing Netflix but was able to install it through the Netflix help center. Now the Netflix is problematic as I got the error (0013).I exhausted every suggestion from the Netflix help but its futile.
I chatted with the Netflix help center but they can't help me as it's a device problem. I made several emails to the Himedia office but they never replied.
Now from among the successful Netflix users here how were you able to resolve this Netflix issue with this device ?
