Title: high bitrate 4k remuxe and 4k Completes stuttering. Not eanogh power?

hi all

i have some problems with some high bitrate 4k remuxes and 4k iso Complete Movies.

Its not a network problem beacause a friend of me had de same problems.


FW is 2.1.1

any ideas what to do?

From what source are you streaming from? I'm streaming from a Synology DS1515 using cat7 cables between the mediaplayer, router and NAS without any 4K HDR REMUX difficulties. Some bitrates hitting even 89Mbps with no stutter. Is your router not causing any problems e.g. firewall/other blockages... and are you cables in order?

There are some highbit videos for testing, if i remember wright, named jellyfish, and i have proved the HiMedia Q10pro, with the 300mbps video without probs, so i dont think its a cpu&gpu power problem. Greatings  :)

There have been couple of similar complains regarding very high bitrate streams and it seems, that  it can occur in some cases. There's a CPU booster workaround posted here not long ago, that seems to solve these stutters. But you must use it at your own risk.

q5-two years old....everything works ok...Never had problems
