Title: kodi passthrough not detecting dts hd?q5 just purchased

Hi hope somebody can help,

latest q5 plugged into yamaha av receiver rxv677 output to w1070 projector

Kodi doesnt have the option to enable dts hd

only dts

I have selected the passthrough

dts hd works fine via himedia player and wrapper through kodi but would like to be able to have this option
within kodi for dts hd movies using kodi to play them.

i get the dts hd option in kodi when using my computer through av receiver.

you can't, at moment no exist android box with kodi have hd audio passthrough.
Rockchip 3368 box use custom version kodi.
only with externla player (wrapper) you can have hd audio passthrough with koid android os.

You need to install the wrapper. Go to the apps menu and you'll find 'Wrapper' app. Run it and you'll have 7.1 audio from Kodi.
