Title: Zidoo Z10 remote controller

Hi everyone, I just received a new Z10 and after inserting new batteries in the remote control I noticed that the backlight is very low. Is it normal or does my remote have a problem?

Any chance of a video? Difficult to determine otherwise if it's normal or not.

The remote lights up fairly bright also clearly visible in daylight conditions. Much better remote that the one that came with X9S.
Try switching batteries for some known to be good. Also new batteries may be bad, specifically cheap ones (Action).

Mine, in daylight condition seeems off. In dark room it is barely visible.
It is strange.

I have just try with new battery and the backlight is increased.
Now it is good and acceptable.
