Hi Q10 Pro lovers,
Motivation: I have a Q10 pro with strange behaviours in 'some' cases... I have addressed this in some other forum w/o much success.
So I do aim to have it nailed down to 100% factory reset to restart from scratch, please.
It is on Android 7, rooted etc.
How to 100% perform a factory reset so it is 'identical' to if I ordered a new one from the shop ?
I do think simply installing a new firmware with one update.zip is not enough, isn't it ?!
Sorry if I did not read something properly that could have answered this to me.
Thank you and regards
;-)

May I kindly check if anybody has any hints on this ?
I simply aim to get my Q10 back to factory status ie wipe all data, files, partitions etc. same as it would be bought new.
How to please do this ?
I have reasons to believe that if I install a 'normal' firmware via USB the box is not entirely wiped.

Same problem.
I'm sure Q10 Pro "remembers" something after a clean firmware installation.

Reinstall firmware from version 2.0, the partitions will be reformatted.

Hi, I've also noticed strange things after installing cfw 2.1.2 excessive lags after pressing control keys etc and a feeling of little fluidity in the system.
Would you recommend doing clean installation of official 2.0 and then installing cfw 2.1.2?

OFW v2.0.3 is more proper do be use for rewrite partitions, then install your favorite FW.
All CFW firmware need up to 15 minutes after install to finish background user applications installation or google update things, when google account is add need also time to get some update force by Google on all that period box can have significant lag.

Tks pcristi.
I'll install 2.03 and then 2.1.4.

Please reply in here what you did so that it finally worked for you. I would like to exactly redo what you did ;-)
