Title: Firmware for Q10

Hi,

few weeks ago I bought a 2nd hand HIMEDIA Q10 Player  from ebay.
Unfortunately the device freezes about 10 seconds after home screen pops-up. The remote control seems to not working too.
Could you please help me to identify a correct firmware for my device.

I hope that the issue is software/firmware

It's a 2014 Q10 4K3D (also known as Q10 Quad).
