Hi,
since the latest software upgrade of the Egreat a13, the Vidon app has stopped working. I first tried removing the power k\lead for a couple of hours, with no effect. I then uninstlled the app yesterday, but am struggling to find out how to reinstall it. Can anybody push me in the right direction?

Try reinstalling Vidon. This apk extracted from A8 FW: https://www.mediafire.com/file/i8j6erokhdkdacs/XBM171020s.apk/file
Otherwise, try factory reset / firmware reinstall.
