Title: Q5 Pro with messed up playstore

Visiting a relative at the weekend,who has a Q5 Android 7.1?
 with playstore and various apps not working..is there a fix? do i need to download anyrthing before i Travel down.or it bricked ..

Its on v. 2.01 if that helps what next steps are..

You have to install 2.0.3 first, 2.0.4 next and finally 2.1.1. Everything is explained in the instructions.
