Title: Q10 EN.2001, Android 4.4.2 Update?

HI all,

hoping for some guidance here. I have a Q10 Pro. Model number: Q10EN.2001, Android Version 4.4.2, Kernel 3.10.0_s40, Build number HMD-3.0.3 2015-12-14-092330

is there any way to update the Android version and possibly the Kodi version? I see the custom firmwares posted on here and have searched, but I can't find how to update my Android version from 4.4.2 to 5.1 or 7.xx required for those firmwares.

Your box is not a Q10 Pro international version, it's either an older version of the Q10 or the Chinese version:

Compared to European/international Q10 Pro (as we sell), Chinese Q10 Pro:

* Has only 8GB storage (vs 16GB for European/international version)
* Is externally identical.
* Runs a completely different firmware designed mainly for Chinese streaming services.
* European Q10 Pro firmware cannot be installed on Chinese hardware and vice versa.

3.0.3 is latest official firmware.

Shoot, guess you are right, it's the 4K3D. Any way to fix 23.976 stutter on Bluray ISOs? I get stutter every few minutes and driving me bonkers! I don't recall this box ever having the issue before.
