I have found the issue, I had to uninstall Kodi first, then the following package worked:

http://mirrors.kodi.tv/releases/android/arm/old/kodi-17.1-Krypton-armeabi-v7a.apk

Q10 Pro has a 32 bit ARM chipset, meaning you must get v7a armeabi version of the package. Try downloading it directly with Chrome, sometimes virus scanners get in the way or browsers damage the packages. You can always try searching on APKMirror https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/xbmc-foundation/kodi/kodi-17-6-release/. This appears to be the last 17.x version released before RC and 18.x.

Also recommend 17.6 as a stable version of Kodi that works well.
Current 18.1 is not great at all.....

I am seeing stuttering from time to time with some rips. They should all be done in the same manner, no DTS or Dolby sound in them, no fancy codecs. I think Kodi 18.1 is broken on audio, video is running fine, but audio gets garbled, as if buffering would be empty. I do not want to go back to Kodi 17, it is a royal pain in the behind to redo the setup, with addons, even though I know I have a backup done with the backup plugin.
