I see no way to remove or change those Home or Start page shortcut icon buttons (whatever they are called). Other then the two + buttons, where is the minus equivalent? ???

From the FAQ:
* How to change home screen apps? Navigate to the tile you want to replace on home screen and press menu button on remote. Select an app from the app list and it will replace the selected tile.
* How to remove apps from home screen? Navigate to the '+' tile and select it. You'll be taken to an app selection screen with the home screen apps marked with tick boxes. Untick the apps you want to remove.

Thank you, I was tiring to navigate around all the menus that might have some 'edit' provision. I never would of though of using the menu button while on that page, I've never seen that used that way before for shortcuts.
They should be the ability to click on a area in each 'button' to make changes. A 'X' would make sense. ;)

I did have a quick look thru that FAQ. For some lame reason, I scrolled past the 1st 2 entries under GUI, I believe I was also looking for something else at the time and complete missed that. Sorry about that. :-\

Nova launcher works very well and it's very customizable, much better than the default launcher.

That changes the appearance/organization of the home page?

Yes, you can place the apps you want wherever you want them like in an Android smartphone. You can also have widgets and backup the launcher settings so you can restore them after a firmware upgrade.
