Hello, My NetFleix not working after loading Android 7 upgrade. I tried a reinstall but the same issue. Not able to scroll movies and select. It is at the bottom of the screen half cut. Please help. Thanks,

Dont buy an himedia product if you want streaming apps like amazon video or netflix. Btw. you only get sd with 2.0 sound. So its useless.

Please try latest version of Netflix.

This version stream/work SD or HD 720?
How check ?

None of the versions will stream in HD or more (960x720 is the highest Q10 Pro can get without Widevine Level 1 and with Widevice Level 3). You could try to uninstall any preinstalled version and install the one from Play Store. Any apk from ApkMirror will be identical with the one from Play Store.

Is there any chance that this chipset will ever get support for Widevine Level 1?

I don't think so. The boxes are old and have had their day. Himedia only supports them because there is nothing else currently on the market.
The S1 Dongle from Himedia has the same SoC as the Q30 on board. As a feature Widevine and Playready are given, but Netflix should display 4k.
But I haven't seen it in the wild yet. Especially as it would be quite interesting to see Android 8.0 on it with a view to Android 9.0 (Pie) from 2019.

Wrong question DRM Widevine Level 1 is not base on SoC and DRM Widevine Level 1 are already some of boxes.
A main problems is to get Google and Netflix license. As I know HiMedia will have Netflix license for HiMedia S1 dongle.
Between Dinobot U5Mini with Android TV has DRM Widevine Level 1 and working Netflix 4K.

@hanspampel
Android TV 8.0(Oreo) look to be with problems in all mediaplayer not just U5mini beta firmware.
Will see if Android 9.0 (Pie) will come with Google Certification and support of both SoC Hi3798CV200 and Hi3798MV200 for Netflix/Amazon.
