Hello:
I just got a new HiMdia Pro Q10 and upgraded to Android version 7 using the latest Firmware. Now, it is not showing my Internal SATA hard drive that was there initially before the upgrade. From the Settings menu, in Storage it show Internal USB drive as Corrupted. But when I pluged in the USB 3 cable and connected my LAPTOP, it found the media player in my explore and I can see all the files and can access it on my PC. After that I unplugged the USB cable and power off the unit and on and It was able to find my hard drive. I was able to play one movie file. When I turned off and on again, the same Intenal USB drive shows as Corrupeted. Please let me know if I need to reformat my drive before I can use with Android 7 upgrade on this box.
Thank you.

I used this link below and now all working as expected. I had to reformat using the USB 3 cable connected to my LAPTOP and did GPT/NTFS format and can see drive in HiMedia and able to see on PC in Network as a folder share sd1. Now I can send the file to unit wirelessly .
Thank you team for the video and all good articals/knowlege sharing on this. Very much appreciated.

What I learned that after upgrading to Android 7, disk could not be found and need reformat, It was working fine before the upgrade when I was at Android 5.1 out of the box where I plugged in drive with files and movies and I watched without any issues. fyi
