Just bought the Zidoo Z9s and when I connect my cat6 Ethernet cable to the Zidoo box the internt works but within 5 to 10mins it stops working. It's shows in the internet options it's is still connected but nothing is working online. I have checked my internet which is fine. I have checked my Ethernet cable and that is working fine. I have also rebooted my router and the box. Is there anything I am doing wrong or have I got a faulty box. Please help!!! Thank you

I have replied to your email regarding this problem.
In general, it sounds like a router/cable problem. There is nothing on the Zidoo box that would cause it to drop connection after a period of time.
I have already suggested this by email and know it didn't work, but for anyone else reading this try disabling security features on your router temporarily. Particularly MAC filtering and firewall. If disabling these restores correct internet access than add the Zidoo box to the whitelist on the router. Zidoo MAC address for the whitelist can be found at Settings - About.
Apart from that, try changing ethernet cable.
The last email I sent had details for RMA to us in the UK. If/when we get the box back we will be able to test it and maybe figure out better what the problem is.
