Hello,

I just buy a Zidoox20
I tried to download Google Play Store with the Gappsinstaller-rtk .
But it does not work
It says platform not supported
Can someone help me with this problem
Using firmware v1.2.29

I think you will need to update your firmware first

Guys..I have just updated the firmware to the latest for my unit. After updating, I reset to factory and lost my Google Play. I tried installing the latest version available on the internet but it always causes my unit to freeze and I have to flash it and re-install the firmware.

Do you guys have the latest Google Play apk that is fully compatible with X20 Pro and latest firmware? Thanks so much!

I miss my YouTube channel badly.

The Google Play APK from the FAQ should work.

If it doesn't try deleting your Google account from settings first. Settings - Other - About - Advanced Settings - Accounts.
