Hello, Happy New year to all.... :-*
But now, I have a big problem with my Q10 Pro!
When I switch on it, on my TV have no signal.
It's connected by HDMI port, the TV works good
and the Q10 seems to boot correct (do the same rumors) but I'm not sure about that!!!
I tried to connect to a PC by USB3 and the HDD works good...
Never change about setting or firmware from long time!
The only unusual thing happened some evening ago, whwn there where
two blackouts for circuits problems in the office, but really the Q10 Pro
was connected to a power supply with overvoltage protection!
What could have happened?
What other tests can I do to understand what's wrong?
I also tried to connect it to a monitor, but had the same respons: no signal
In the photo you can see the message when I tryed to connect the Q10 Pro to a PC monitor
Many thanks in advance!

It sounds suspiciously like the power black outs may have caused an issue! One never knows how good the power boards protection is until you experience a surge. Were there any indicators on the board to show it had been triggered?
You could try connecting an RCA video cable to see if you can get a picture (providing your TV has RCA input jacks).

Try with RCA cable if possible.
If not then box might be in HDMI mode your TV doesn't understand (accidental pressing of 'TV Mode' button on remote). Boot box, and go through a press tv mode, wait 5 seconds, press tv mode cycle a few times to cycle through HDMI modes.
