I got the latest version of netflix

And this is what the Tv Box says about the device info

But I can't play any movies
It says "Error playing file"
Can anyone help, please?

Did you try installing the latest version of Netflix from the Play Store.
If you sideload applications there is always a higher risk of compatibility issues.

You can try to shut down your vpn connectie, if there are to many connections and requests on the same IP some vpn providers get banned, for live streams.
Testing is one way.

I don't see it in the play store. I read on the forum that Netflix doesn't allow you to download from the play store anymore because of stricter compatibility enforcement.

Try clean install of CFW v2.1.0[1.5]/v2.1.1[1.0] is preload with Netflix, visible on Google play and working well.

Maybe this is something recent, because I have it installed on my box, and I just did an update from the Play Store.
It seems to run fine, but I haven't joined to try streaming any movies.
