Hi Guy's,
I have a Q10Po with a 1TB disk installed. It took me ages to in install the disk because the Q10pro did not recocnize it alway the time. it a guess if the disk is visible after a reboot.
When I boot the Q10Pro the disk is not always in the menu, or recocnized. When iI reboot again the disk is sometimes in the menu, but not alway's.
Is this a know problem? do i need a special disk in this devices?

Check if the disk connector is all the way in.

In my case the 2A adapter was not enough. When I switched to a 12v 4A my HDD behaved normally.

Tnx, wich adapter can I use, just one with the spec's you mentioned? Maybe you can put a link to an adapter similar like the one you use?

I used the 12v 4A adapter from my USB hub.
Maybe you have one lying around. Need not be something special. At least 3A might do the trick....hopefully.
