Is only statatic please help me thank you
Sorry for my English

TV's don't support HD audio. You need to switch to an SD audio track during playback, like to DD (AC3), or DTS.

Sorry, but why do you want listen to HD audio on a TV's speakers anyway? There's absolutely no benefit from this at all compared to the SD audio tracks. As I've wrote TV's don't support HD audio. XBOX probably also sends just SD audio, and Netflix does absolutely sure. DD and DD + Atmos is still SD only, but True-HD is HD, that's why. I have already wrote your best choices. If you really don't have any other SD track in the video, than set the output to LPCM and hope that it mixes down the HD track to 2 channel SD LPCM.
You need a capable AVR and speakers to get (also the benefits) of HD audio.

The raw 7.1 audio track sounds like static noise if the receiving device doesn't know how to decode it. DTS / DD would sound like static too if your TV couldn't decode them.
It means that your TV can decode DTS / DD but cannot decode the 7.1 formats.
The other products you mention are not sending 7.1 audio to your TV, it will be 5.1 or stereo.
