For FullHD the best -theoretic- setting would be 444 / 10bit.
But it's rather suspicious that the Box will switch down to other anyway during playback, like 422 or 420, due "compatibility fall-back" as not many displays support 444 / 10bit on 24p.
It's a mystery going on for a long time now, but we have no real proof for what really happens during playback.

Well what i notice is if i set the auto adaptation frame to open then the box switch to 4.2.2 when playing 24p
If i set to close then the box keep the 4.2.0 but only a 2160p60z not 24p
Another question this time with the resolution
I have more resolution options with my new tv and should i put the resolution on 2160p(3840x2160) or 4096x2160?
So confused

4.2.2 is only 8 bit

On 2160p / 60Hz / 10bit the only true option is 420, that's a HDMI 2.0 limitation, it's fine. You could have all the options only on FHD.
On 24p (23.976Hz) it should switch to either 422 or 444 automatically during playback. More probable to 422 as I've stated before. (Worst scenario if it would switch down to 8bit, hope that doesn't happen).

Which option I should choose? My TV is Samsung 4K HDR

12bit option only available in the latest 2.1.0 FW. Read this (http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=711.msg25950#msg25950) to get the options.
422 (No bits) is 8bit as stated before.

Screenshot of @haovh_85 is taken from CFWv2.1.0[1.4]/CFW RiCo97 on OFWv2.1.0 are only 422 not bits specification on string.
Anyway is only translation, will be 12bit if use FW v2.1.0 and can be set it check what TV info is reported.
-
So no 12bit option on OFW 2.1.0? I've been miss leaded?
-
On 4pda forum is reported to be 12bit, so check how is work on your TV with set HiMedia 24bit OFF not to interfering.

No-no, I'm asking if the 12bit option is also available in OFW 2.1.0..?
