Title: Q5 not playing my H.265 MKV files?

Dear all,

Finally I have my 4k OLED tv and guess what, my Q5 Pro does not playback 2160 H.265 MKV files. Audio works but video only some lines.
I've tried several different MKV files, nothing works, webm files though does work and 1080 H.264 is ok as well...
Is this a setting issue?
Please advise guys, many thanks...

My Q5 pro play just fine.. h265 uhd mkv.. hdr10 or sdr.. both play fine..

But have problem with DTS-HD HR.. no audio output.

With what firmware are you trying?

If you start the playback with KODI, do you have the Wrapper activated (see FAQ)?
