Is there a way to have google assistant working on 1.1.0 firmware because I have an error when using the app
 : "The Google Assistant isn't available on this device" ...

I don't think Google Assistant is officially compatible with Android 5.1, so installation will be difficult. There are guides to installing it (e.g. https://www.xda-developers.com/get-google-assistant-on-android-lollipop-marshmallow-nougat-tablets-without-root/) but no idea if they still work / work on HiMedia.

An option would be to install an Android 7 firmware.
