Title: Shipping to Germany, how long?

Hello I am interested in the Zidoo Z9S. If I pay with PayPal, how long does the shipping to me? And are there any additional fees such as customs fees?

THX :)

And what kind of power plug is included? UK or EU?

Z9S shipping is by Royal Mail International Tracked&Signed. Total time to Germany approx 3-4 working days, sometimes faster.

This is different to Z10/X20/X20 Pro where we use UPS and total time would be 2-3 working days.

There are no customs fees etc because we are shipping from the UK and we are still in the European Union (and I hope it remains that way).

The standard PSU we ship for Z9S is Europlug type, so suitable for Germany.

Hello many thanks for the feedback, with us in Germany are also delivered on Saturdays packages. I'm looking forward to the box, do you have any information when the Playstore will be available on the Z9S?

I believe the X20 beta package can be installed on Z9S/Z10.

I have no information about when exactly it will be made official, but I think soon.

Hello, my Z9S spins now and then crashes then synonymous. What's the best way to go ?? Do I have to send them to England or can they be exchanged here in Germany?
