Title: Q10 PRO BLURRY COMPOSITE VIDEO OUT
Post by: paolo on October 14, 2018, 11:31:29 AM
Hello everybody,

I bought this q10 pro player to substitute a good philips bluray player which doesn't have the capabilities to read large hdds. I use it on a CRT 28" tv that I specifically use for viewing SD low res contents.

The player works ok, I just had to rollback to firmware 2.0.4 for the well known SD videos reading problems.

The problem is that using composite RCA out on this player results in a blurry output on the CRT screen. With Philips player composite out I have a very neat and focused image.

Tried every type of different settings nothing worked for me.
Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Q10 Pro is a quite expensive (and also quite pointless) choice for a CRT TV for sure...

The best advice I can give is to switch to at least a FHD LED TV, if you choose the model with caution, you won't ever regret it.

But: Maybe there's some tricking with the colorspace settings that could help. Not sure, I'm not familiar with CRT's. Check Settings->More->Display and so on...
