Title: q5 pro wont boot

tried to upgrade firmware now q5 wont boot, sits at 4 circles screen.
I have 2 q5 pros, no issues with other one(V-2.0.9)

Did you had the same firmware version on both?

no i bought them at different times, i dont know what version it is :-[

The procedures are different depending on the version. Which one died, the older or newer?

the older one, no matter what i try = no success.  Even tried the paper clip method
unable to to boot so unknown version, i just assume android 5 since its old
display reads 0000 and led flashes red to blue to red

Try to install 2.0.4 first following instructions from here (assume you had android 5.1)

the install goes smooth but when it reboots its stuck on himedia logo and lcd says boot

same thing but when it reboots it goes to himedia logo and i  get vertical lines across screen on top of himedia logo
