Title: Damn fucked Q10pro factory reset bug.

I watched YouTube yesterday. However, after rebooting, factory reset was done.
It's been about two weeks since the previous initialization, but it's already time to be initialized.
After updating the firmware again, Wi-Fi, language, screen, region, account setup and application installation.
rebooted and factory reset.

It is the first time a factory reset occurred twice a day.
I have an urge to destroy Q10pro. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I want to repair or replace my q10pro.
I will pay if repair or replacement is costly.

Q10 Pro shouldn't factory reset itself, and definitely not twice in a day.

I did not factory reset, q10pro do itself.

I am wondering if those effected with the reset bug may have boxes where the reset button in the rear of the box is defective ?
