Title: BLACK SCREEN

My q10pro has 20.4 installed.After boot,while video playback(both in video player and kodi player) screen become "BLACK" and no audio and video.It also have seek bar,if i move in seek bar nothing happens.Then i have to press return and once again I have to play video.I reinstall firmware,but the same problem.WHAT TO DO?

Kodi player: you mean the wrapper or Kodi internal player?

Why are you using firmware 2.0.4? It is 15 months old. I recommend installing latest firmware.
