Title: My Q10 pro doesn't seek my hdd

Just turned on my q10 pro and notice my 6tb hdd is not there.  So I just updated the firmware a d now I java a 30 sec himedia logo loop before it gets me into the system.  The hard drive works fine cause I used aexternal hdd dock to test it oUT on my pc.  Any ideas....

Try another power supply

As for the endless loop..it's like the box is restarting it self every time, the power button keeps going from white to say it's on...then red to say off...then white again.
