please help to resolve this problem
is there any way to upgrade it from pc
-
You can't upgrade it with a PC. Search the forum, there are many topics with issues like you have
-
thanks
i try to upgrade but nothing happened
please give me the proper steps to solve this problem
-
To be honest, if you get nothing on the LCD screen then that's a bad sign.
1. Try a different PSU.
2. Try connecting to TV using the composite video ports.
3. Try installing the same firmware as was on the box before it stopped working, but with the files in this post (bootargs.bin, fastboot.bin, recovery.img) also on the USB stick: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=1622.msg14469#msg14469
4. Consider warranty with your reseller.
5. Try the full disassemble and forced firmware install process as at link above. Use the update.zip from the last known working firmware first, then if that doesn't work (presuming box was running Android 7) try fw version 2.0.1.

I don't know which firmware version was on it

Where did you buy it from and when? That will give me some idea.
-
I bought it from Delhi India I used it from 3 months
-
If you bought the item recently then it probably had Android 7 installed. Everything produced from mid 2017 onwards had Android 7 factory installed.
I suggest attempting to flash firmware 2.0.1 as above.

In that situation I think option 4 in my list. As I said in earlier posts, nothing from HDMI and no LCD is not a good sign.

I read but which two pins to be short there is no pic regarding this
-
I have fixed the photos: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=1622.msg14469#msg14469
Option 4 is contact your reseller for warranty. I don't think the chances of recovery are high.

which two pins
-
Interesting. Your Q10 Pro is either Chinese version hardware (which is different to European version and incompatible with European firmware) or a revised European PCB (which I wasn't aware existed).
The pins to short will be one of the two combinations highlighted in red below. Note that if the hardware is Chinese version you can only install Chinese firmware, not any of the firmwares on this forum. This may be where you've gone wrong in the first place.

More details needed. Did it ever start? What firmware was installed? Do you see any lights on the box (power, LCD, light on ethernet port)?

Those symptoms suggest a hardware problem. Best case is that it's the PSU. Try another PSU.
