Title: Subfolder 'Steam' showing up as a movie in Kodi
Post by: JohnnyBoyIsMe on June 16, 2018, 11:38:36 AM
Hi,

have a issue where the subfolder called 'stream' that contains the movie itself, aminations/special features etc is showing up in kodi as individual movies called stream (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4341956/?ref_=fn_tt_tt_2)

Is there any work around for this? i have about 300 movies now called "Stream". No issue when i use the built in media player but would like to use Kodi for the better interface

Cheers

Hi,
You'll probably get an answer in a kodi forum.

You will need to change to Kodi "Content" to a different type (i.e. not "Movies").

SOLVED.

Was a issue with one of my UHD rips. It didn't have a index file, so that caused it to pickup all the files called stream as movies.

Once I remuxed that file and removed the original all the 'stream' files were gone after a library refresh
