Title: Keep getting video error after playing over network

Anyone else having this trouble my Q5 Pro keeps stopping or picking up my nas drive I need to restart it to work again then it does it again not long after

First you need to identify what exactly is causing problem. I would advise you to try playing the same movie on other network device (if possible) and also locally on Q5Pro using USB drive for example.
Based on the results you'll better isolate problem for further solving...
