My Q10 is giving me major problems
Everytime I turn on after its been off overnight it hangs on the HIMEDIA LOGO page.
Have to unplug and power up again.
Any ideas?

I got the same problem..:(

From codrynn's thread about this, it appears that if you have a high power drain internal HDD and/or lots of attached USB devices the Q10 PSU is not delivering sufficient amperage.
Any 12V center pin positive with 5.0x2.1 tip size will work with Q10. The Q10's PSU is 2A but you can go as high as 3A with no problems.
If anyone is having this problem and bought their Q10 from us then email for more info. mail@futeko.com

Hello again.. Futeko you suggest to change Power supply?
-
It sounds like power supply might be the problem so changing it would be worth a go, yes.
-

It sounds like a warranty issue. Contact the retailer who sold it to you. If that's us: mail@futeko.com

That solution isn't relevant to any Q5/Q10 sold by us in 2015. It was a firmware issue with the very early firmwares.

No idea what you mean..
I've said several times that it sounds like a hardware problem. We are happy to replace under warranty. Contact us.
