Title: xvid avi not playing, need help

Hi, I lust purchased an H8.
I connected it to my projector. I also connected an external usb hard drive to play my movies.
Can't play xvid files. I have n error 241.


Downloaded vlc player and just having a black screen.

Hi. The latest firmware (released today) dramatically improves format support.

I recommend that you install it. I'm 99% sure it will fix the xvid problem.

Worked like a charm.
Got me worried though; waiting nervously and watching the indicator led toggle red n blue and had no output.
No instructions for how long you have to wait.

Also confused; should you extract the update.zip into the usb's root or copy it. Did both.
