HELLO..my himedia Q104K freeze on himedia logo...any solution please? thanks

What apps had you installed on it? Root?

If it's freezing on logo then the OS installation has become corrupted. This is very unusual.

Hello ... I don t install anything and i try two twice reinstall software exactly same like in description! After two three days logo freeze and only solution is to disconect power from ac! Do you think is my problem with my hdd intern? I use this from another media player without format ...??

Please check your Power supply. if you have another Power Supply, try this.

Does it still happen if you remove the internal HDD? What sort of HDD is it?

I'm thinking perhaps the power supply is overloaded.

What type (size/brand/model) of hard drive is it?

If it's overloading the power supply then it must be an extremely power hungry drive because we have not seen this problem before.

In general for media devices it's best to use low power / low heat drives. 5400RPM 3.5" or even 2.5". Media usage will make no use of very high performance drives.

is not from us..is from UK...big mistake with this HIMEDIA...dont work with usb 3.0 usb 2.0 and HDD inter 5400 rpm...i tested all with all fw....1.0.7= 1.09....how is possible to crceate this and nobody think the power supply????
