I am using Q10 PRO I can not get 5.1 surround on it with Netflix app, please let me know if any one has a solution to get ATMOS/DD5.1 sound along with Ultra HD video quality on this device.

Netflix and other mayor online streaming apps are limited to SD resolution on these Boxes (and on most Android Boxes). No workaround.

That's because Netflix blocks that, only some expensive brands that pay for it get HD sound and image with Netflix.

There should be a "sticky" referring to Amazon Prime, Netflix and others as to they are only available in SD (Standard Definition; 480l US) when using these unauthorized (by them) 'TV Boxes' (as the Chinese love to call these).
Too many are under the delusion they will get those in HD. ;)
Upscaling from 480i to 1080p doesn't count, it's still SD just like playing a DVD!
