Hii everyone !!
When two months ago I bought the Q5 pro had the firmware 1.06 by default.
I have installed all official updates and not up to the highest versions.
I installed some patches and different apps.
Everything worked perfectly until yesterday.
When watching a 4K movie, the screen suddenly went black, the rotating circles appeared for a few seconds and the device restarted.
At the desktop, some icons showed the logo of the Android robot.
All parameters were lost.
I have returned to the factory settings via the appropriate menu but I always start with Android 7
I reinstalled the custom firmware of pccristi but the play store no longer works, I can no longer apply the patches.
In short ... the player has become unusable.
How do you bring the player back to factory conditions?
Thanks for your attention.

Reinstall the latest firmware you had using the restore button method
-
I did it but the patches do not install, different apps do not work (Play store first).
I prefer to start from zero.

Ok, install official 2.0.1, next 2.04 and finally official or custom 2.0.7 always with the restore button method. After each installation let the box boot and leave it alone for 15 min, then restart, then power off.

Which patch are you installing? Are you sure you're inserting the correct ip address?

autoFMTswitch_1.2.3
Mount_in_fix_point_and_sdcard_media_rw_1.0.7
Samba_conf_patch_v1.0.8
The IP is right

Open a command line and run the patch from it so you can see what's the error, take a photo a post it here.
