Hi,
This is how my Q10 pro looks like out of the box
https://photos.app.goo.gl/3wJp0AvtMXENlOim1 (https://photos.app.goo.gl/3wJp0AvtMXENlOim1)
I tried this

and reverting to 1.07 and then try going to 2.0.1

Nothing works
No matter what I do I am still stuck at 1.0.9
Every time I try to change the firmware it just ends up looking exactly as if I was trying to perform a factory reset
The Android robot appears when I press the upgrade button with the usb pen drive inserted, but it disappears in less than a minute and I can see no progress bar. After that I see the Q10 Pro booting. The booting takes longer than usual, but when it finishes it isn't upgraded, it if just factory reset.
What am I doing wrong? I followed the instructions to the letter. Please help. Thak you.

Hi,
The usb flash drive has to be formated in fat32, shouldn't be larger than 8GB containing one single file named update.zip

Are you using the correct Android 5.1 > 7 update.zip?
